Quick how-tos
- Switch entity: use the entity selector in the top bar — all data rescopes to it.
- Record an invoice or bill, then mark it paid.
- Post journal entries; review the journal.
- Bank accounts: view per-entity balances and reconcile.
- Reports: run P&L, balance sheet, and cash position.
- Print/PDF a branded invoice from the invoice view.
- AP/AR aging shows what's owed and overdue.
